Some back history...
When we were potty training Ms. C, I read all the books and such and basically it seems the best way is if you have the child "teach" a doll or stuffed animal how to go potty. So we got Ms. C many dolls and the like for her to teach. She loved teaching them, and they went potty often, she however didn't. I finally gave up and let her do it on her own and she did....
So now with Mr M, it's early still, but decided to just see what would happen. Picked a stuffed lion that he likes and we went and taught Mr Lion how to go potty. It all sunk in....then the other day I see Mr M lining up all his Thomas The Tank Engine cars by the bathroom door and this is what I found...
This is Thomas going potty. Afterwards, he wiped their "bottoms" and then flushed and then washed their "hands" and then they went out and the next engine came in while Mr M waited patiently for each one. Okay, so he's not quite ready.
Back to the drawing board.....
