I've been here...glued tot he TV and computer watching the Olympics. I love the Olympics..all the sports..especially the fencing, swimming, gymnastics, diving, running, dressage, equestrian, marathon...well, you get the idea, I love it all.
I do have pictures...many many pictures, but they are still in the camera.
Caroline has lost 3 front teeth and her two big teeth are coming in. 1 is all the way in and the other is half way in, but she still has a gap from where the thrid tooth came out. So, now she has 4 big bottom teeth and not enough room....yes...braces are in her future. She has started piano, but with a so-so teacher. I'm giving her 3 months to show me she is Suzuki, but so far she is not showing me...I have another teacher lined up that I KNOW is Suzuki, but she charges an arm and a leg and a couple of fingers....maybe Grandmom will offer....
Matthew however loves the violin. He holds it right, he plays it nicely and he loves to watch my students play and he LOVES for me to play and he will sjust stand in front of me and watch with eyes wide. If it is a fast tune, he'll dance a little. His favorite thing is to sit on the couch (with the violin) and watch Thomas the Tank Engine. or, he likes ot walk around the house (with violin) and play for things...or he likes to go outside (with violin) and play for the trees...get the drift? He loves his violin, from the moment he wakes to the moment he goes to bed, he wants to play his violin. Sometimes he just holds it and touches it and rubs it and hugs it..and occasionally I catch him licking it.eeewwww.
We start homeschooling in ernest in 2 weeks...all the curriculum should be in by then. So, life should get easier?? maybe....we'll see.
Peace of the Lord be with you all!

Good luck with the home schooling. We considered it but want to see how bad the public schools really are.
